Leading independent van classified site, http://www.vanlocator.co.uk/ has launched a new service that allows van dealers to upload the details and photographs of their vans for sale with less that the touch of a button.

Assuming the van dealer’s own website is up-to-date then the details of the used vans can be automatically ‘spidered’ from the website.  Many commercial vehicle dealers cannot find the time to keep their own sites full of their current vehicles.  If this is the case then Vanlocator can take the details of the new and used van stock directly from other advertising websites, such as autotrader and motors.

“We have tried to take the hassle out of advertising,” says product manager, Daniel Ricorda. “Once the van dealer has agreed the maximum number of vehicles he wishes to advertise, then we take over and do the rest,” he continued.

 Thanks to this new initiative, the company hopes that it will attract a great many new advertisers.  Operating since 2000, Vanlocator is no newcomer to the online van-advertising scene – a decade of Internet experience is required in the current tough commercial vehicle market.
